The beautiful rustic Willows Lodge is located in the heart of the Washington State wine distribution district on the Eastside of Seattle. Filled with wineries, distilleries, cideries, and breweries, tasting rooms and restaurants, farmland and biking/walking trails, retail shopping and historic buildings, festivals and concerts...

Willows Lodge is an 84 room Pacific Northwest style lodge with 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a full-service spa, a lobby bar, and two award-winning restaurants on the property. 

The Sammamish Ballroom will be our event location inside the lodge:  5pm - 9pm

• Directions inside the lodge will be visible and easy to follow

• Valet parking will be on-site and of no cost to guests

• 5:00pm no cash bar opens/appetizers served

• 6:30pm full-meal buffet starts

• 7:30pm-9:00pm dessert "SWEETS" service, coffee/tea

The buffet will include a Pacific Northwest inspired carving station, while all of the regional wine selections will be from Washington State and Oregon - a Master Sommelier will be on-site for wine tasting, also to provide regionally specific information.
